Our ideal candidate is someone who has a positive attitude, takes initiative, works well under pressure and wants to be part of a team. This position spends 90% of the time out of the office. This role is responsible for promoting, securing and servicing business from real estate agents, lenders, builders, investors, and other prospective sources while developing and maintaining these relationships. A Sales Executive must establish a professional working rapport with business source contacts, their clients and representatives. Seeking an aggressive, sales-oriented individual.


The Sales Executive is responsible for:

Selling Title & Closing Services to Real Estate agents within Coastal Virginia (Chesapeake / Virginia Beach / Norfolk / Portsmouth / Suffolk)

Conduct one on one and group meetings with agents/loan officers weekly within region presenting information related to TQ services.

Follows up on any questions posed which require further research or on obtaining details relative to a particular transaction customer/prospect is referring.

All meetings/appointments are followed by a personalized note and communicated back to the Sales Team Leader/Management.

Conduct educational workshops utilizing a combination of prepared materials and self developed materials based on topic.

Maintaining Social Media presence for the company through the use of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

Prefer a minimum of 2-4 years sales experience working in title, real estate, or lending

Other Service Industry sales experience of 3 years may also be considered

Must have a valid driver’s license

High school degree required, college degree preferred
