LEADERSHIP

Brian has over 35 years of title and real estate related expertise. He founded TitleQuest in 2001 after serving many years as president/principal in a national underwriter affiliate as one its vice presidents and district managers. He has overseen the company’s consistent growth and profitability while adding other successful affiliates to the TitleQuest companies group. He serves as an active member on several non-profit and for-profit boards in the region. Brian is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and a licensed title agent in Virginia and North Carolina.

Brian Clements

Tracie has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Before TitleQuest, she was a southern Virginia agency representative for a national underwriter and accountant for its local affiliate. As Sr. Vice President, Tracie oversees accounting and human resources for TitleQuest and its affiliates. Tracie is a licensed title and property and casualty agent in Virginia and received her bachelor’s degree from UNC at Chapel Hill.

Tracie Holcomb

Nicole joined the company in 2009 after 10 years in the banking industry. She is a licensed title agent and a Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent. As Vice President of Operations, Nicole oversees all production areas in addition to the sales team. Her specialty is developing efficient processes and electronic systems integration. Nicole graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College with her bachelor’s in business administration.
Chris joined the company in January of 2022. He is a Virginia licensed attorney and has several years of operations management experience working for a large national company. While running his former title agency he assisted TitleQuest and its affiliates with underwriting needs. Chris received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and his law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
After 9 years in the banking industry, Megan joined the TitleQuest Companies in 2013 as a Settlement Processor with a company affiliate. She later obtained her Virginia title insurance license and transitioned to TitleQuest of Hampton Roads where she took on additional responsibilities. In 2020, she was promoted to Closing Department Manager where Megan oversees all closing administrators and the post-closing team to ensure accurate and timely closings occur for all clients.

Sales Team

Angie is a licensed title agent with 25+ years of experience in the industry, specializing in title and escrow, marketing and closing residential and commercial real estate transactions. A Brian Buffini mentor and Dale Carnegie graduate, Angie has successfully guided real estate and lending professionals on their business development and marketing. Regarded as a source of strategies and solutions, she excels in anticipating and alleviating potential problems during the purchase, sale or refinance residential transaction to deliver an epic closing experience.

Angie Horton

Kat is a licensed title agent with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Her processing background gives her an exceptional understanding of the purchase, sale or refinance of residential and commercial transactions that is helpful to clients. Kat excels in providing exceptional customer service and being a proactive advocate for clients. Kat is active in the Hampton Roads Realtor Association’s Affiliates Council and is a member of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals.

Jon is newest addition to the sales team at TitleQuest. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in handling real estate transactions. With 10+ years of combined experience in the industry and military service, Jon excels in building strong client relationships and a proven record of simplifying complex real estate transactions. His commitment to detail ensures that closings are seamless, and his dedication to exceeding client expectations is unwavering. Jon Brown
